Women In MOL
Women in MOL (WIM) was first established on 20 June 2014 by MOL Group Companies in Hong Kong as the number of female staff in maritime industry has been growing. We have organized different programs to attract, develop and retain our female staff at all levels by providing opportunities to learn, grow and maximize their contribution to MOL Group.
Year 2022 marks the 8th anniversary of the WIM. Eight years have been passed; we can see that more female employees are working in this company. In these five group companies, we have about 40% female employees, and 34% of them are in managerial positions. So, we will continue to play an active role to help our female employees by fostering their success in the workplace and in life, and more importantly, to work together to contribute back to our society and environment.
