[Testing] Programmer [MCS]

Responsibilities:

  • Participant in the entire system development life cycle starting from analysis, design, programming, testing, implementation, and then post-implementation support;
  • Responsible for documentation, programming as per the specification, and support the functions which have been developed;
  • Work with the team and support the rest API (Application Programming Interface software) development, data monitoring, etc.;
  • Prepare system documents, including functional specification, technical specification, user manual, user training, etc.;
  • Maintain programming deliverables are on track with high quality;
  • Coordinate with team members (including overseas) and business unit; Collaborate and share ideas with teams when needed;
  • Prepare ad hoc reports (e.g. report generation with the existing report infrastructure), support functions, and projects upon request.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in software development;
  • Knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages and SDK (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Java, PowerShell scripting, Kendo UI, Azure Function, etc.);
  • Knowledge in jQuery and database programming; Experience in Oracle PL/SQL is an advantage;
  • Experience in API implementation (C#, LINQ programming is preferred);
  • Experience in GIT source control methodologies with Visual Studio is an advantage;
  • Domain knowledge of the logistic business is an advantage;
  • Able to work independently, result-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-minded;
  • Analytical and responsible person;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
