Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to various system projects;
- Research and analyze customer’s market and business;
- Research various kinds of Information Communications Technology (ICT) products and services and prepare presentation material for customers;
- Create multimedia content to support presentations, training, etc.;
- Provide user support and training and perform testing for systems;
- Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Preferably undergraduate degree in Computing, Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Animation, or related disciplines;
- Solid experience in multimedia/graphic design and production is preferred;
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking, responsible, able to work independently, good communication skills;
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detailed-minded, and well-organized;
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate, Illustrator, and Photoshop;
- Knowledge of Project Management such as PMI and PRINCE2 is an advantage;
- Knowledge of IT Governance frameworks such as COBIT, VAL, etc. is an advantage;
- Good command of written and spoken English.
