On March 8, we celebrated #IWD2024 and our WIM committee’s 10th anniversary on the same day. MOL Group is always emphasizing on inclusion with equal access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized. Coincidentally, the #IWD 2024 campaign theme is #InspireInclusion. Gender inclusion is pervasive in MOL where male and female stereotypes no longer define societal roles and expectations. People, irrespective of gender, are respected and valued with a strong spirit of solidarity.
But our mission has not yet been completed because we have to thrive for more changes day by day. Great things are done by a series of small things brought together. Let’s create an ideal working place free of bias and discrimination, so that we could enjoy and contribute further to the organization and the community.
