Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the Global Procurement & Pricing team in data maintenance (e.g. Carriers’ Detention and Demurrage Tariff Library, business partner’s contact list) and enhance data quality (e.g. Product/Service Manual) for the team’s ongoing use;
- Assist in preparing& monitoring various reports (e.g. utilization reports) for market analysis, sales performance monitoring, etc;
- Assist in coordinating & preparing internal and external meetings (e.g. with sales teams, business partners and customers, etc.);
- Provide administrative support to the Global Procurement & Pricing team (e.g. meeting arrangement);
- Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Preferably undergraduate degree in Logistic Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Shipping/Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent related disciplines;
- Proactive, willing to learn with analytical & problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
