Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining system documents, such as project status update, training manuals, system documents, etc.;
- Assist in application testing for quality assurance;
- Perform data quality checking and assist to follow up when necessary;
- Provide user support and trainings and perform testing for various systems;
- Provide backend support to various systems;
- Assist in Power BI dashboard report development;
- Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Preferably undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computing, Logistics, International Transportation Management, or related disciplines;
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness;
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills;
- Well organized, detail-minded and self-motivated with great initiative;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- With knowledge in Power BI will be an advantage;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
