Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales & marketing support to New Business Development Section;
- Assist in preparing sales & marketing materials (e.g. brochures);
- Assist in marketing research (e.g. product, competitors and suppliers);
- Assist in managing social media websites and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn);
- Prepare attractive marketing materials & content by image editing, graphic illustration and creative design.
- Assist on-site operation of Exhibition (e.g. HK International Travel Expo);
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Preferably undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Marketing related disciplines;
- Willing to learn and communicate;
- Good at various social media platform’s account setting, operation & management;
- Good at drawing & designing with image editing and illustration software;
- Knowledge of video editing would be highly preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Good at supporting the documentary work of marketing & sales;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Proficiency in Japanese will be an advantage.
