Assistant Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Officer

This position will be responsible to support the full spectrum of HR services, especially Compensation & Benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle payroll administration including salary calculation, final payment, cost allocation, salaries tax, and MPF administration;
  • Administer group insurance schemes, including Medical, Life, Group Travel, and Employees’ Compensation Insurance;
  • Support Recruitment & Selection including job posting, screening candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, and staff on/off-boarding arrangements;
  • Design marketing materials to support recruitment and employer brand building; Prepare postings for in-house magazines, company website and social media page;
  • Participate in coordinating Training & Development, CSR & Employee Engagement activities;
  • Maintain HR systems and data while ensuring data accuracy and quality, respond to requests for information and reporting;
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • 1-2 years’ experience in human resources function; fresh graduates will also be considered;
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance & other related legal requirements;
  • Sound knowledge in salary & benefit administration, C&B practices and HRIS application;
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and computer literacy in MS Office particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Well organized, self-motivated, proactive, meticulous, efficient, and confident team player;
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer.
